Massage Therapy

Massage Therapy is a hands-on manipulation of the soft tissues of the body including muscles, tendons, ligaments, joints and connective tissue.

Massage therapy can relieve physical pain and dysfunction, maintain or develop function, and enhance well-being.  Treatment will improve health directly by promoting relaxation and a grounded awareness of your body – being touched gets you ‘in touch’.

Anyone from infants to the elderly can benefit from massage and treatments are effective for a wide range of conditions including:

  • back pain

  • headaches/migraines

  • whiplash

  • tendonitis and bursitis
